Shishir Pandit

For almost two decades, I've helped organisations sharpen their direction, drive major change and solve the problems that refuse to budge.
I work at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, on some of the hardest problems: building new cities from scratch, launching self-driving green mining equipment, reviving a declining agricultural industry, commercialising nuclear technology, and using technology and AI to make government move faster.
I started SP Consulting in 2015, after one too many projects where the report was excellent, the client was grateful, and nothing changed. I wanted to work the other way round: fix the actual problem rather than the presenting one, leave the team able to run it without me, and say things candidly and plainly.
